Permitted Development Pool House: Water Lane

After completing extension and renovation works on the main house, MVL were invited to design a new structure under permitted development. Permitted Development, commonly referred to as PD, are the rights afforded to homeowners allowing certain types of extensions and new buildings, all of which DO NOT require planning permission. Under PD we have been able to provide a new building with a large open plan entertainment space, a gym, winter garden, changing room and bathroom so that the client and there family  can better enjoy there expensive garden grounds.
