MVL have been commissioned to design a single storey rear extension to this four-storey detached Victorian home constructed in the 1870’s. The property has at various times been divided and subdivided into self-contained apartments before being restored back into a family home. As part of our brief MVL were asked to restore and rationalise the floor plans and create I biophilic link between the home and stepped garden.
